Ascot Old Fashioned
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Pink Peppercorn Gooderham & Worts Whisky**
.5 oz Amaro Cynar
.25 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
.25 oz Jolly Cut Simple Syrup
2 dashes B18 Chai Bitters
4 drops Ms. Better’s Smoke & Oak Bitters
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, stir with ice, strain over large clear cube in a tumbler, garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and pink peppercorn berry.
PINK PEPPERCORN GOODERHAM & WORTS WHISKY
** 1 Bottle (750ml) Gooderham & Worts Whisky + 100 Grams Pink Peppercorn, Combine whisky & peppercorns into an air tight container and let sit/infuse for 24 hours, after 24 hours, fine strain peppercorns out and bottle whisky.
