You Had Me at Hello

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Roasted Pineapple Infused El Gobernador Pisco
.5 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
.75 oz Jolly Cut Simple Syrup
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
3 drops Ms. Better’s Pineapple Star Anise Bitters
2 dashes Amargo Chuncho Bitters
1 full dropper Ms. Better’s Bitters Miraculous Foamer


METHOD

Add all ingredients to shaker tin, dry shake, add ice and wet shake, strain into chilled Wavy Stem Coupe, garnish with dehydrated pineapple slice.


ROASTED PINEAPPLE INFUSED EL GOBERNADOR PISCO

1 bottle (750ml) El Gobernador Pisco
1 full ripe pineapple

Remove top spears and bottom of pineapple. Cut into slices and roast until lightly charred, about 10–15 minutes. Combine roasted pineapple and pisco in airtight container and infuse 24 hours. Strain and bottle.
